Sandy Springs is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sandy Springs follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I went here for the very first time and was excited to see them making my ice cream. The girl that assisted me was VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL but when I went to pay for my ice cream I was UNAWARE that my Rose Water Indian Flavor was $3 more than the price posted on the board for a regular at $9.95. I also felt that the amount of ice cream was a bit lacking from what I saw from other customers with what appeared to be the same exact size. She asked if I liked it and I didn't really say anything. It was interesting and I ate it all. I've just never tasted anything quite like it before. Customer Service was DEFINITELY OUTSTANDING and IMPRESSIVE. I felt like there definitely should be a SIGN letting people know about the $3 UPCHARGE because that's a 30% INCREASE OVER THE OTHER FLAVORS. Had I known this IN ADVANCE I MIGHT HAVE PICKED A STANDARD FLAVOR!! I'm not mad per se' just a bit miffed especially since it seemed like the ice cream wasn't even up to the edge of the container in height.

Great dense and creamy ice-cream which they make from scratch. The biscoff cheesecake, falooda are 2 of the flavors that I tried and are amazing! My wife loved the Chikoo icecream!

I didn’t know that perfect ice cream exists. Randomly found this place and now I’m obsessed. Sanchi was so friendly. This place also makes dairy free ice cream. Really cool place to take science lovers or kids. You get to watch them turn milk into ice cream in less than 5 minutes. Whenever I’m back in Sandy Springs I’m definitely coming back. Excellent customer service and amazing ice cream. ❀️
